6 MONTH DIPLOMA IN FASHION DESIGNING ( WEEKEND-SUNDAY
ONLY)
Eligibility: Working Executives, Housewives & Students
Scope: This Six Months diploma in Fashion Designing
is an intensive training program designed to
equip students with specialized skills in Fashion Designing
which is a combination of theoretical as
well as practical and creative skills training and prepare
them for a career as a Fashion Designer. As
part of the training program the students will be required
to organize and conduct fashion shows
under the guidance of faculty members.

III. 6 MONTH DISTANCE EDUCATION DIPLOMA IN APPAREL MERCHANDISING
Eligibility: Professionals working in Textile / Garment
industry
This course is intended for working professionals in
the Garment / Textile / Accessories industry and who
would like to upgrade their skills in the areas of Garment
Production. Quality and Apparel Merchandising, and who
would like to acquire a formal certification in the above
areas.

METHODOLOGY
The training for this program is being imparted through
study material which will be sent through post / e-mail
and supplemented by video Cd’s. Assignments have
to be completed and submitted at frequent intervals
for periodical evaluation. At the end of the program
a project report has to be submitted which will form
the basis for certification.
