Udaipur city Palace construction began in the year 1553, started by Maharana Udai Singh II. The City Palace in Udaipur was build in a flamboyant style and is considered the largest of its type in the state of Rajasthan. The palace is enriched with interacted carvings. The main gate for Palace has beautiful paintings of Kings and Queens of the Mewar Dynasty.
